Masterclasses

Ideal is working in partnership with West Midlands SHA to deliver a series of Business Process Change Masterclasses throughout February and March, at Osprey House in Redditch, to assist NHS staff.

The Masterclasses are designed for technical, project, business and clinical staff involved in a change programme.

David Broadbent, Business Process Re-engineering and Change Management Specialist, delivers a full and varied agenda.  Topics include business process methodology, the mechanics of business analysis, approaches to solutions creation and implementation.  Delegates are introduced to the process of mapping and shown techniques to cope with issues raised when facing organisational change.

For further information on Business Process Change Masterclasses, please contact Richard Ayres on t. 01483 453508 or e. richard.ayres@idealts.co.uk.
