Business Development Manager
OTE £80,000 - £90,000
Due to continuous expansion we are looking for a business development manager with solution sales experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector to join our team.
Ideal is a leading healthcare consultancy company providing a range of consultancy, interim staffing and training solutions to support healthcare providers at all stages of their health systems projects, from analysis and planning through to implementation.
This role will involve:
- Identifying opportunities within healthcare organisations in your region
- Developing and sustaining effective customer relationships with key contacts in these organisations
- Working closely with these organisations to assess their needs
- Mapping those needs against Ideal's consultancy and staffing solutions
- Promoting Ideal's capabilities to support these organisations
- Growing revenues through on-going consultative engagement
Ideally you will have a background of selling consultancy and staffing solutions and an understanding of health service processes in the Acute sector. You should be comfortable dealing with people at a senior level, dynamic in your approach, self motivated and an excellent communicator. You must have strong commercial awareness to front and develop service engagements.
This role would suit someone who really enjoys developing business and has a confident, proactive approach. It will require the development of both new and existing business via a combination of professional networking, warm and cold calling.
As a key member of our team, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (commensurate with experience) and attractive commission opportunities bringing OTE to £80,000 - £90,000. You will also enjoy genuine prospects for personal and career development within the company.
