Health systems training and development
Ideal provides flexible training and development services to healthcare organisations. The Care Informations Systems User Competencies and Qualifications (CIS UCQ) framework is a competency based, health informatics learning programme. It has been designed to help organisations equip their staff with the knowledge and skills appropriate to their roles.
Our nationwide team of health systems trainers has experience in a wide range of healthcare systems including Care Records and Primary Care. We provide trainers to assist with the delivery of staff training on a wide range of health systems including Cerner, RiO, iSoft, TPP and PACS.
