ISO 9001
Healthcare support company Ideal has successfully achieved ISO 9001 certification from the International Organisation of Standardisation through meeting strict standards for quality management.
Ideal successfully demonstrated a consistent approach to developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of their quality system which enhances customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.
In order to gain ISO 9001 registration, Ideal's procedures, processes and records were externally analysed and assessed. The ISO 9001 standard certifies that formalised business processes are being applied throughout all key areas of the company. Processes need to be monitored and regularly reviewed to ensure they are effective and quality standards are maintained.
