We are currently looking for a Change Manager to join our team, to work within the CRS programme team in a Trust in the North West. The role will involve managing the change processes within the Trust based around the implemenation of a new health system. You will be working closely with the Local Service Provider to facilitate the deployment of the new systems.
Our change team is renowned for their commitment to the project and work in close partnership within Trusts to leave a legacy of internal capability. You will need to demonstrate extensive knowledge of Change Management Strategy within the NHS with experience of working across a number ofo workstreams witnin an Acute or PCT setting. In order to be successddul within this role you will also need to be a strong influencer.
