Ideal awarded framework agreement
Ideal awarded framework agreement for non-clinical temporary staff
Ideal has successfully entered a framework agreement for the supply of non-clinical temporary and fixed term workers effective from November 2011.
Ideal was selected as an approved supplier by HealthTrust Europe LLP, acting as agent for the University Hospitals of Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW) after competing with numerous suppliers offering temporary staffing services.
Through the tender process, Ideal successfully demonstrated their reliability and stability as a supplier, together with their knowledge, experience and credibility in specific areas of supplying staffing solutions to the NHS. The areas where Ideal will be supplying staff include IM&T, Information and Communication Technology, Health Informatics; Project Management; Clinical Coding and Health Records.
The framework agreement provides that any member authority may enter into a service level agreement with Ideal. The agreement runs from 1 November 2011 until 31 October 2014, with an option to extend until 31 October 2015.
Chris Brimble, MD at Ideal comments:
“We are delighted to have been awarded the framework agreement which allows us the opportunity to work closely with a number of member authorities. We have successfully supported numerous Trusts throughout the UK with their health systems implementation and service transformation projects through the provision of project support and interim staffing solutions for many years. By concentrating exclusively on the healthcare market we have built up a pool of highly experienced, top quality staff across a range of roles to assist Trusts with their health systems implementation and service transformation projects.
“We look forward to working with member trusts, helping to ensure they have the required skills and sufficient staffing capacity to deliver their projects on time and to budget, allowing Trusts to rapidly scale up and down their staffing resource around health systems projects as required”.
