Ideal successfully supported NHS Richmond by providing a team of floorwalkers for two weeks in February to assist them during the deployment of theier RiO V5.2 upgrade.
Ideal floorwalkers supported Richmond's Community Health Care Services across eight sites: Richmond Royal, Richmond Rehab, Centre House, Ham Clinic, Real House, TMH and THSCC for the first week. Support continued at larger sites for a subsequent week and included provision for a 24 hour telephone support line for the night nurses team.
Ideal provided the Trust with a single point of contact throughout their post go live. Ideal was responsible for early stage planning, selection of the team, coordinating the management of floorwalkers at all locations and scheduling the floorwalking plan.
All floorwalkers undertook a short localisation training programme covering local processes, Trust policies and an orientation programme. They were overseen by a Floorwalking Manager who was based on site to reallocate staff and add support to the helpdesk.
