Ideal assistance for Trusts implementing RiO
Ideal is running a workshop for Trusts in the Southern Cluster, addressing challenges associated with implementing RiO, to be held at Imperial College, London, on Tuesday 10 February.
Key topics will include Planning and Business Transformation, Data Management, working with the Local Service Provider and Training.
Simon Martin, Programme Manager for RiO v5.1 at Surrey and Borders Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, which covers 3500 users, will share his experience on Data Management. Simon was previously the Programme Manager for Harrow PCT where he successfully rolled out RiO v4.
Simon is well qualified to host a workshop in the afternoon to explore effective RiO project planning.
RiO expert Mark Syrett, former RiO Implementation Manager with BT and CRS Training Lead at Barts and the London, will cover aspects of business transformation involved in implementing and rolling out a RiO project.
Further presentation will cover the planning and running of a professional and structured staff training programme to help ensure a successful RiO project. Training requirements will also be discussed in the afternoon workshop.
There will be plenty of opportunity for delegates to ask questions and contribute to the workshop discussions.
