Nick brings 18 years of experience in EPR deployments in the NHS, focussing on learning and organisational change to ensure positive outcomes.
Working with several EPR providers to develop best practice across learning and change, he spent 11 years with Cerner, consulting with clients and shaping the Cerner offerings to best meet their needs across Europe, Ireland and the UK.
Experience of running large programme workstreams, reporting to Boards and working with staff at all levels within organisations, gives Nick a broad spectrum of knowledge, and skills, and a passion for formal and effective Change Management.
